Ritchie designed and fitted composite front, internal and garage doors for me 2 years ago including side panels. I gave him a 5 star review for that work but I writing now to commend his excellent after-sales service. This is the second time I have had to contact Ritchie, the first time due to accidental damage the second time for a product fault on a door panel. Ritchie came out promptly to look at it, and ordered a new panel for me. While waiting, he kept me informed of progress by email and a couple of weeks later he returned with JP exactly when he said he would and not only installed a new

We've had a number of jobs done over the years by Richie and his team. New front door in a house, patio doors in another and soffits and gutters and most recently a full set of replacement windows. Never had any issues other than a couple of minor ones and they were sorted without question and very quickly.
Definitely can recommend and no doubt will use again in future!

Excellent service, faultless all at a great price. There was a minor issue with one of the windows. The manufacturer had made an error not Minshull Windows. Was sorted within 24 hours no fuss made. Exactly what you want when you have all the windows and doors in your home removed and replaced!
