Hogg & Thorburn are one of the longest established chartered accountancy firms in the Scottish Borders with over fifty years experience. We are based in the town of Galashiels but have clients who we assist throughout Scotland. We have three partners and nineteen staff with expertise in many different sectors including tourism, hotels, the licensed trade, building, farming, charities, retail and sports clubs.
Our administration team, Calum Rudkin and Hana McCarthy, play a key role in the operation of our office and supports the work of the whole practice, they are headed up by Eilidh Graham, Partners' Assistant/Office Manager. We have summarised below the work of our payroll team - Pamela Singh, Lynsey Ross, Ashleigh Scott, Caitlin Wright and Nicola Stillie.

I contacted Kenneth at Hogg and Thorburn yesterday regarding queries over my personal taxes spanning a number of years that I couldn't make sense of. Within a day I now have piece of mind and all my affairs are in order thanks to their expertise and knowledge. Kenneth and Christiaan investigated and explained everything in simple terms to me so I was fully informed.
