It’s unbelievable to think that these people are actually here to rent out or sell properties, they never answer the phone & even when they do they are absolutely useless at helping out, worst customer service ever.

Disgraceful customer service. I rang up over 8 times no answer. I've emailed 5 times and no response. So now I've missed out in renting a property that I was looking forward to viewing and living in. Waste of time.

Called about 15 times. They never answer the phone. Why do landlords list with them if tenants can't get thru? They don't answer the phone either.

Terrible customer service. Impossible to contact anyone to arrange a viewing, either by phone or email. They are then looking to charge £140 as a finders fee for the property. Obviously being used by landlords looking to save a bit of money (which is worrying for someone looking to rent off the landlord).
