David has 22 years of experience in the menswear industry, having started working in a large textile company warehouse during school holidays. A short time later he was given an opportunity to become a sales rep for the company at the age of 20, selling menswear to stores all across the North of England.

Poor customer service at no point was it explained the process of having to "build a suit" prior to coming to a prearranged visit where we had discussed on the phone wanting to try on suits Waited over 20 minutes to be seen for this appointment by a man who was nothing but sarcastic and handed us a booklet of suits to build online and to come back.
No apology after travelling for 45 minutes and paying for parking. Wouldn't waste your time on such service. No response to email of complaint even though posting on their social media
