5 stars is not enough to describe Paul and his amazing service. We as a couple and family cannot recommend him highly enough. One week ago I contacted Paul, he was straight on the case, took all our details and got straight to work. Even when he was away from work he was chasing stuff up for us and liaising with us to keep us on track. We were convinced we would not get accepted as our credit rating is not the best,but Paul assured us he would do his best and he certainly has, and here we are now, one week in and we officially have our mortgage offer and the wheels to complete are in motion.

Paul was great from start to finish. We didn't have the best circumstances but we were reassured and a mortgage was found for us which didn't break the bank. Responses were really fast and and as the process went on Paul was very quick to keep us positive and answer any questions we had. We will definitely use missing element again for mortgage advice as well as other things such as life insurance.
