My wife and I hadn't bought a car in over 10 years. The whole process seemed quite daunting. However, upon finding Arnewood Motors and speaking to Peter and Linda, we immediately felt at ease. Once he has your money he turns into the most unhelpful and unprofessional person you have ever meet, bought 2 cars through this used car garage and had issues with both, not even sure why we bought another car from him, hes your best mate before you have paid,would advise anyone to avoid at all cost as you will only be disappointed with the way you are spoken to and treated once he has your money,backs up the stereotype of a used car salesman.

We turned up having gone to a number of garages viewing small family cars. My parents had previously bought their car from this place and thought it would be a good place to pop in to.
The forecourt was easy to access, no real parking, but you could just pull up where there was space.
The cars were easy to view, and well arranged, details displayed in windows and those that were new, the sales team very easily brought up the information regarding them.
We were offered a test drive in the car we eventually bought.

I have had a few bad experiences in the past with regards to car sales. I was pleasantly surprised with these chaps.
Dean and Mike were helpful, informative and friendly.
These guys make you feel at ease and listen without talking at you, like some sales people out there!

Last week I bought my dream BMW from this company. Dean the sales gentleman was extremely helpful. Not pushy in any way and I was allowed to browse the car at my leisure. I bought a Ford Focus from Arnewood and thought the garage was very friendly and professional, the staff could not do enough to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I cannot fault any step in the buying process from deciding on the car through to driving it away. I bought a Hyundai i10 from Arnewood motor company about a month ago. A day after picking up the vehicle I realised the radio aerial was missing. ( I know, not a very observant person am I!) I called Arnewood and they ordered a replacement aerial.
A few days later I returned the vehicle and they had to remove the inner roof lining of the vehicle to attach the aerial to the car. All done very quickly. Very nice mechanic.
Overall very pleased with the whole process. Car is going great and I love it. At this time I would definitely buy from this dealer again.

Excellent service through out , The Arnewood sales man Dean made us feel welcome and in good hands , all Dean told us during our visits we found to be 100% true. The purchase was handled without issue , from viewing vehicle , purchase and driving away Dean was polite , punctual and was true to his word .
The in house mechanic Mike was also professional clearly very knowledgeable and very helpful .
Excellent service , would recommend to friends and family , and have done so.
