Also at TAM Tyre's we own one of only a handful of Hunters Road Force balancers in the North East also knowing as a Rolling Road wheel balance this machine applies between 1,200 to 1,400 pounds of pressure to simulate the weight of the vehicle as it rolls down the road looking for any high spots or heavy spots on the tyre while also looking for the light part of the wheel while also measuring static and dynamic balance, giving an ultra precise balance every time.

The current legal limit is 1.6mm tread over the central 3/4 of the tyre in a continuous band, around the entire circumference of the tyre. RoSPA recommends tyre replacement at 3mm - your tyre is approximately 78% worn. Using our diagram below we can demonstrate that a tyre has a unique code printed onto the outer surface, mainly made up of 3 sets of numbers.
We currently have a job vacancy for an experienced tyre fitter/technician for a busy independent tyre depot based in Gateshead, the successful applicant must have tyre fitting experience and a driving licence as the role includes mobile tyre fitting, good customer service is essential, experience in wheel alignment is an advantage.

Fake reviews! I went to them based on reviews but found completely the opposite. I changed one tyre and did 4 wheels tracking, they started with the rear and snapped the rear right camber stud! The worst thing is that they left it as it is and they refused to offer any replacement or compensation!
As soon as I left the garage I heard metals scratching strongly in the rear left wheel that make the car barely driveable, I called them and they said "we are very busy, call us later" I called again and they denied and hanged the line!!!
