Most people begin thinking about extending their homes in spring - but this is the busiest period for local authorities, for us and of course, for builders! Get your plans drawn in NOW and we can get your planning application made in plenty of time for summer. Remember, local authorities take +8 weeks to reach a decision - wait till spring and you might miss your summer time build!
We endeavour to answer all types of related enquires, whether you have a specific requirement or problem, or just an initial query. We are based within the Lanarkshire area, but are willing to travel anywhere required. If you would like to speak to us in person, we are available seven days a week, from 9:00am till late, even on weekends.
We run a Recommend a Builder scheme, where we use our previous experience to recommend builders within your area (subject to availability). If you work in construction and wish to become involved in this scheme, or enquire about it, please don't hesitate to contact us using the enquiry box.
