Jodie looked after us professionally and promptly throughout and let us know when she'd be away on holiday that her colleague - Victoria - would look after us in her absence. Victoria was also great when we needed her help during that time.

We recently finally completed with Meade King. We were disappointed by the service we received, particularly having been recommended by someone in the industry. We thought we would pay slightly more than a number of other quotes in order to have a slicker more professional service but this did not transpire.
Having been quoted 10 weeks for buying our first flat with no chain and no obvious impediments, the process took 22 weeks in total. During this time we were unable to speak to our allocated solicitor at all. Not once. Yes we communicated by email but the process remained completely opaque
