We are specialists in embroidering or printing logos onto garments. The quality of our work is excellent because of our expertise, modern machinery, quality embroidery thread, and belief that our customers image and brand are our top priority. Our core philosophy is to treat people fairly. This includes you, and of course the producers of our cotton, fabrics, dyeing and manufacture of garments.
Our MD Susan was watching seals on a stunning beach in Scotland near the Findhorn Community, when the idea of Cotton Roots was born. It is now our passion. A team of nine people plus supporters are lucky to work in buildings set in beautiful Rose Lane Farm which is still a fully working farm. We drive between fields of crops every day and notice the seasons change with their growth.
We are specialists in embroidering logos onto garments. The quality of our work is excellent because of our expertise, modern machinery, quality embroidery thread, and belief that our customers image and brand are our top priority. Alternately you can post us a compliment slip, a drawing or a business card.
We can screen print designs which have up to six colours on to light garments and five on to dark garments, although more usually designs are between one and three colours. A good quality copy of your design is essential. The better the quality the image you give to us the better print quality we can print for you.
This is a relatively new way of printing onto clothing which results in a high quality print, long lasting and durable. This method does not require screens to be made so there can be good savings for you. The inks for this process are ready made so unlike screen printing we are not able to mix inks and match to pantone colours exactly.

I made a large order for my logo to be printewd on the mens Organic zipup hoodies.
The lady's over the phone was very nice and helpful!

arived very quickly in plenty of time for the date I needed them by!
Thay arived wrapped in recycled brown paper with a lovly label explaining how thay are reducing plastic!! 'Fantastic' !!
The quality is second to none, soo soft, comfy and baggy.
My main concern was how small the hood itself might be but I was so very delighted at how big and baggy thay was!!
I love the small love heart label inside and the paper labels!

I came across Cotton Roots, in my bakery business, Amazing-Grains whilst sourcing materials from my flour supplier, Shipton Mill. I then realised that not only were they located just a few miles away, but they also shared my business ethics in sourcing ethical and quality materials. I asked them for some fair trade cotton aprons to which my business logo could be embroidered. They were very helpful, easy to work with and had my order turned around in just a couple of days. Highly recommended for quality and excellent service levels

We had a client who needed a large quantity of Aprons for a roadshow event they where holding. We also had a tight timeline on this one. Cotton Roots where great in both quality and turn around. It didn't hurt that they came out the most competitively priced out of the suppliers contacted as well. Thanks to Emily M for all the help, will be defiantly be contacting them again if we have similar requirements in the future.
