Services
The partners and staff at dhjh has been in Tenbury since 1985, first joining dhjh Limited before it became a Limited Liability Partnership in 2010 and began trading as dhjh Tenbury Wells LLP. This means that we have strong ties with the town and local business community, both as active members of the Tenbury Wells Chamber of Trade and through our work with important local organisations, such as The Tenbury Agricultural Society.
As someone who is self-employed, you must make certain you keep proper records of your income and expenditure, so they accurately reflect your business transactions through the year. As your accountants, we'll not only help you do that, but also make sure that you aren't caught out by any nasty 'tax surprises'.
Not only are there potential tax benefits to running your business as a limited company, but you have the reassurance that your personal assets will remain separate from the business itself. It can also be a good way of encouraging people to invest, as any shareholders are only exposed up to the amount they have invested, which makes it financially the safest way to invest in a business.
If HMRC requires you to complete a personal tax return, we can help you get through it quickly and accurately. We can also file your file tax return electronically for even greater convenience - no more last minute rush to get it in the post in time!
On the other hand, if you're able to present us with reasonably accurate, up-to-date figures as soon as possible, we'll make sure you keep your tax liability to a minimum, avoid late payment charges, and know what your tax bill will be so you can plan ahead.

The taxation situation for charities, clubs and schools is somewhat different from commercial organisations, with charities in particular having to meet not only the requirements of HMRC, but also the Charity Commission and other regulatory bodies. Fortunately, our experience working with similar organisations locally means that we understand your requirements and can provide all the tax and financial support you need.
