Services
The Emotional Eating Behaviour Programme involves around 10 sessions of therapy to look at how certain foods are used to regulate mood. If a partner doesn't want to join in couple counselling then it can still be helpful for one partner to speak to a counsellor individually, to gain fresh perspectives and new insight on his/her difficulties.
Relationship counselling in Doncaster or online can help with issues around loss, trust, communication, conflict around roles and responsibilities, intimacy issues to name but a few. It can also be helpful for clients struggling with the end of a relationship or worrying about having a relationship.
Counselling offered through Yvette can help individuals or couples to overcome relationship and sexual difficulties or help clients with moving on after a relationship has ended. Counselling is also provided on emotional eating behaviours. Yvette has been trained to offer counselling through different mediums, so that clients have options in how to access counselling based on their personal lifestyle, work commitments, ease of transport etc.
One thing is sure we are all going through different emotions and experiences during these unusual times. Some days we may be loving it and other days we may be hating it, hence the Marmite reference. However, helping at my local Grocer's I realise I have few more allies on the Marmite front then previously realised!
