Everything was perfect - the food, the drinks, the music, the staff and the atmosphere. The venue looked beautiful when we arrived, and everyone was kept well-supplied with delicious drinks and canapes. The combination of the barn, courtyard, lawn and marquee was perfect for the sunny weather and things couldn't have gone more smoothly.
You were fantastically helpful and organised throughout the planning process and we and our guests had a brilliant day! Whether you've been planning your big day since you were five, or just since you got engaged, choosing your wedding venue is one of the bigger decisions you'll make. You may be thinking specifically of a barn wedding or maybe you're just looking for something a bit unique; the team at Old Luxters Barn strives to bring new and exciting ideas to your day!
Our dates do get very booked up, so if you are after a particular date then do get in touch. If you need us to pencil anything in while you discuss with Family, Friends Churches/Registrars then this is no trouble. We can then give you first refusal for this date. When you are happy and wish to confirm your wedding with Old Luxters Barn we can send you a booking form.
Old Luxters Barn proved to be an absolutely fantastic venue for our wedding day. Our wedding planner, Lucie, did everything to get us organized and make us feel comfortable. She kept in regular contact with updates leading up to the wedding. We risked the English May weather and held the ceremony in the garden under the enormous tree.
The vineyard at our site in Henley-on-Thames in Oxfordshire, part of the Chiltern Valley Winery & Brewery, could be a truly unique backdrop to your wedding day. In the UK it is the building that holds the licence for marriage (as appose to the person - like some States in America for instance). A building is classified as a permanent, immovable structure, with a fixed roof and solid floor.

Absolutely fantastic experience, was a gift from 2019, they honored our ticket (covid)
Our tour guy was informative and passionate. Tasting experience was brilliant with wines, liquers and beers/ales. We had a little spend up in the well stocked shop on site.
Would recommend a taxi, for yhe full experience.
We came in from Henley-on-Thames and taxis are a reasonable price.
Highly recommended and would visit again👌

We had the most amazing wedding day at Old Luxters in October 2021!!! I genuinely cannot rate it high enough it was fabulous the team there Sam, Charlie and Christina made our day the most memorable! They are so lovely, accommodating and knowledgable and guided us through the whole wedding planning process especially with having to postpone a year due to COVID! The barn is beautifully rustic, then you have the beautiful vineyard, courtyard and marquee so guests can mingle! The food was fantastic so much flexibility and choice in the options! We got married at Old Luxters at the end of August and it really was the most perfect day! The venue and setting is beautiful, the staff are wonderful and friendly and everything ran so smoothly. The planning was made really easy by Charlie, who supported us with all requests we had. And it is really special to be able to serve wine from the vineyard at the wedding! Every guest had a fabulous time and we couldn't have wished for anything more. We would highly recommend this venue if you are planning your wedding!

We were married at Old Luxters Barn last week, and it was the most amazing day. Old Luxters is absolutely beautiful, a wonderfully charming old barn, lit up by twinkling fairly lights. The staff at Luxters are fantastic, always there to help. Big thank you to Charlie for the help moving the wedding umpteen times due to Covid! Every question I had they answered, and put together the most magical day. The food and drink was exceptional. The vineyard is stunning for photographs! Many guests commented that it was the best wedding they had been to. I wish we could go back and do it all over again! Thank

A beautiful venue, perfect for a summer wedding. The gardens and grounds are fantastic with lots of different areas for different parts of the day. Qe stayed in the cottage (as brother of the bride), and it was the perfect size with everything you need provided for the morning after, including bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and loooads of bread for a full breakfast (which you have to cook yourself - but still, brilliant). The staff were wonderfully accommodating, incorporating changes at last minute, and were professional and fun throughout the evening. Faultless.
