NEW DOOR Estate agency is a family run business which was established in 2015 by Lorraine Rhodick. The ethos of the business is to be fair, honest and a valuable estate agent who provides the highest quality of service to all home owners and purchasers, from inception to completion. After redundancy and personally experiencing the service provided by estate agents in the local area Lorraine realised what was required.
The Home Report was introduced by the Scottish Government in 2008 to give purchasers more information on the property that they were considering buying including property valuation. It also means that there is no need to have a survey carried out by the purchaser before they offer. All New Door Home Reports are carried out by a highly reputable firm who are well established in the Scottish marketplace.

I Phoned to find out about a property that me and my wife were potentially interested in viewing. However the women that called me back was very obnoxious on the phone about the sale of the property and how she had so many people interested in it. Not a in a polite way she commented that we may not be in a position to bid on this house as we have not yet sold ours.
