In renting a property through us, you are assured of the professionalism and protection of an ARLA Propertymark member agent, backed by a client money protection scheme (through ARLA Propertymark). We will take you through the letting process in its entirety, from your first enquiry to setting up your utility accounts when you have moved into your new home.
Whilst we take every precaution to ensure that your interests are fully protected by comprehensively vetting and credit checking prospective tenants, occasionally even the most exemplary individual may be unable to pay the rent, perhaps due to redundancy, marital breakdown or illness. We can offer landlords a policy to protect their rental income and cover any expenses incurred if legal action has to be taken against the tenant for unpaid rent.
