This was the first time I had gone through a recruitment agency to get a new job. However, I found the process very professional and felt that they did everything they could to help me succeed in securing the job role I applied for. Dreadful professional ethics portrayed - repeatedly.
Every single effort to change dates so they won't honour their Money back guarantee has been already received and documented.
Tried to change the dates of their invoice by 2 days so it falls out the 14 days required of honouring their contract. (gladly will update this review with photo on their own invoice and photo of payment. One from them, one from the bank and of course a photo of the whimsical effort of Sarah to add 2 days on top of their own invoice date in her email)
In our case they chose to deceive and keep money from both clients

I was so excited when Magpies consultant called me with the good news I received a job offer recently. Sarah was absolutely lovely and very professional. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have gotten the opportunity to go to interview stage. She matched my CV search and put everything in motion beautifully. I was also pleased to know they have great teamwork too because her colleague william took over while she was off for two days and he was just as friendly, polite and responsive. Overall a positive experience.
