National tyres Kidderminster fitted 4 year old stock Continental tyres to my sons car . As he is a new driver and low miles . They will perish before wearing out . Customer services said there is no Regulations on this but Recommend replacing between 5-7 year from Manufacturing date? Would not of expected this From a reputable company ....AVOID...

I ordered tyres and booked my vehicle in a week in advance for four tyres. I left the vehicle with them on the arranged date. After not getting a phone call to tell me it’s ready I phoned 4 hours later to be told the tyres had not been ordered and they’d lost my job card and phone number! No offer to reorder or even rebook. No apology either! Extremely poor service

Needed puncture repair and noise reduced tyres. Was advised to replace one front tyre. I opted for 2 they only replaced 1 same brand wrong tyre. Poor customer service poor advice..
ATS advised and fitted better tyres solved noise problem and put my mind at rest. Won't be going back to national tyres again.

Recently spent £750 on new tyres with this company. When one of the tyres kept deflating l was told to go to my local branch in Ponders End Enfield. When l got there they refused to fix the problem and when l refused to leave l was threatened with violence and that they were going to “Mash me up”.
I left and parked on the public road outside upon which they followed me and stuck their car right behind mine and were revving up their car and tooting the horn continuously to intimidate me.
This is the most disgusting company that l have ever had to deal with and to threaten a 63year old man

FRAUD. Had my car tracked twice by them within the 30day guarantee, both times the tracking was out, took it to Kwik fit to finally have it done properly. No refund given. Recommended work which was not required as advised by kwik fit. Don't bother with national tyres, they will rob u. Not carry out suitable work and advice repairs not required!!! STAY WELL CLEAR!!!! I work in customer care myself, terrible service by National, go to KWIK FIT INSTEAD! regional manager didnt call and still hasn't. Very rude

Terrible service, had front two tyres replaced at the cost of £240 and asked for them to be aligned at the fit. 6 months of wear and under 5000 miles later the inner tread was down to the threads. The tyres were never aligned. Could have caused a tyre blow out and a major accident. When I phoned about the situation I was told several staff had been sacked and it was likely one of them that did it. They had a full record of the transaction taking place and the cost. When I made a formal complaint all my information mysteriously was wiped from their system. They refused to deal with my complaint

So i get two new tyres done at Luton branch. 7 days later one of the tyre looses all its air pressure while i am on road. I discover that the valve is faulty. Drive the car back into Natioal Tyres less then 3 miles. Then i am asked to pay for the new tyre as I shouldnt have driven the car to the shop and its no longer covered under warranty (despite having a dodgy valve which was accepted by them). I had to pay for the new tyre as I needed to get back on the road and coudnt afford to argue and waste more time.
