I strongly advise that you avoid this company. We would give 0 stars if it was an option!
My wife and I are currently going through a renovation and unfortunately HCF Ltd are the only tradesmen we have had an issue with.
Communication with Jack broke down almost immediately after we paid him a large amount of money for the materials up front, of which we were promised the receipts but never saw. We rarely saw him at the house, and if we did it would only be for a few hours. He cancelled on many days. We should not have paid the money upfront, but felt pressured as Jack said the lead time was

We got flooring done all over the house and was very happy with the turnaround time and professional quality of work. We had some extra small bits to take care of and even all that was done at no extra cost. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Only reason I hesitated to give all 5 stars because we had some miscommunication regards to flooring selection. We missed out on making a more informed choice during selection. It was too late to change anything later. Otherwise the fittting and finish was very good quality.

Received such amazing service from Hertford Carpets and Flooring. I had a Herringbone floor laid. The floor was laid so quickly and to a fantastic finish. Friends and family and other tradesman were also so impressed. Thank you for your efficiency and friendly manner throughout. Highly recommend!
