AVOID AT ALL COST!
Terrible unresponsive and slow service. After waiting over 3 weeks without contact I contacted them and they made excuses regarding the progress. After waiting another 2 weeks I contacted them again and the response was 'We will refund you and you can get them printed elsewhere'. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of 5 weeks.
We now have to start the process again with a different company.
They may be cheap but there is a reason for that! Avoid at all cost.

Appalling service from start to finish. I have used this miserable outfit 3 times and each time they have made a mistake. The first time they sent the wrong banner, the second time quoted the wrong price on some leaflets and today quoted the wrong delivery time for a banner because someone didn't read my email correctly! On top of all that, when I spoke to someone who I assume was the manager he hung up on me! Never again!

Shocking service. Very big job lined up for Boomtown Festival Crew party. The team did there there best but they were expecting me to pay for there mistake. This is not how a business works. Had no call from them so assumed everything was going ahead. But decided to call them today with the deadline for the party on Saturday. The guy said if you hadn't of called we would of forgotten about you. So then they expect me to pay more to get printed in the uk instead of China. The deadline was given to the team with all art work. But they forgot about us. They should've taken the hit not me. I have taken

Let me tell you my story with thier costumer service. On October the 22nd i've placed my order. I heard nothing from them for a week, then i've got a call, explained what i need the job for, I've hoped everrything will go from now after 5 days another call explaining there is some problem with the artwork i sent. The same day i've sent back the new artwork. 2 week flew by i called them whats going on they said it will be dispatched today, I called them 2 days later, asked them again now it was another week for it to come, turned out it was the wrong artwork i wanted for a month they refused to

Never had a problem with any orders. Quick turnaround and friendly phone staff. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is due to a lack of service when I visited their offices (with an appointment) and I wasn't given due attention. Maybe I caught them on a bad day... Otherwise a good company to deal with.

Poor to Fair is far too good a quality review for this terrible company but Google does not have a "Bad to Awful" setting.
They accepted our order and guaranteed a delivery date in time for a major event.
We approved the proof of artwork on the same day but four days later they still had not started production so they missed the delivery date and we did not have the banners for our event.
When the order didn't arrive on time we phoned to complain and cancel. Despite this the company went ahead and sent the products which arrived 2 days after the event and still expected us to pay for

E-printing.co.uk can be anything else except a printing company.
I paid £80 for 200 business cards ... which it was ok with the product they've promised to deliver. I had a professional photo in the front of the card with the best resolution and all the right format for printing.
When the cards arrived ... finally (7 days turnaround a dream) I was totally shocked !!!
The photo was so dark, you can actually see pixels and can hardly see anything clear.
Anyway, went through the complain process, also sent a card printed from my own home-printer to show that there is no fault whatsoever with

I would have to say, avoid these people at all costs, they don't care about their customers at all. Two weeks after ordering what should have been a simple three-day order I am left with an unusable product that arrived ten days late, missing my client's deadline and their promised delivery by a week.
