Shocking customer service received when a price discrepancy was noticed between a product online and in store. When enquiring, the store manager was rude and unhelpful and instead of encouraging to buy product online (as was the expectation when trying to return the item) instead the manager rushed off to alter the cheaper price of item online to reflect the almost doubled price of the instore item!!! Not even a thanks given for pointing out the discrepency. Don't visit, only after your money and doesn't care about the customer.

Of course, they have the cheesy and run of the mill souvenirs that you can find in any store in any city ("I love X" and stuff like that). I got one of those for my mom because I know she likes that kind of stuff. But they also have more original, beautiful souvenirs and I got two of those, too. Whatever your taste, I am sure you'll find something for you at the Bothy.

Went for a look when back for a visit from Australia, got lots of bits to take home and they even made up a slate for me within a few days. Soo friendly and even gave the kids a couple of Scottish bands (which they've both never taken off since Easter). Love my slate of Scottish sayings and use my coasters every day!
