At Project we are led by Phil Byers, who has over 45 years of expertise and experience in taking challenging projects from the drawing board onto building sites and beyond. So when we work with you you're getting the benefit of all the experience we've gained working on decades of other Client's projects.
Our experience and reputation also mean that when we need to talk to the right people to make a project happen - they listen. Project was started by Paula Byers in 2006 to provide project management support in business management systems (now delivered by LimeCloud). In 2010, Phil sold his share of a larger architectural practice where he developed his career from trainee to Director of the business over 35 years.

From the initial brief to the completed building and beyond, we define, design and deliver commercial buildings that put function, and therefore end users, first. We'll sit down with you until we understand precisely what you need and why; the people, the processes and the space they will require; along with the business case behind it.
In 2019 we had a brand refresh. We put a lot a thought into it, with the colours and style chosen to permeate across all our marketing and work, even down to the pen colours we use in our CAD drawing software, ArchiCAD. Inspiration came from the Architectural Polychromy by Le Corbusier, developed between 1931 and 1959 for the Swiss company Salubra.
Creating brilliant commercial spaces that work is our thing. However, we recognise that we can't do that without brilliant staff who want to work with us. So, whilst our Clients are our focus, nurturing a team and supporting their professional development is as important to us so that we can deliver for our Clients.
