Extremely poor customer service, I collected some flowers for a friend and I was over charged and to add insult to injury I was further short changed. I felt completely taken advantage of... I was in a rush and didn't have the chance to fully challenge what had happened, as the flowers were for a special occasion. I would never recommend this florist, based on their dishonest practices. The flowers were ok but they will never have my custom or anyone I know ever again.

Highly recommended! Ashley Blooms did the flowers for our wedding on 23 February 2013 and we could not have been happier with the service and flowers that they provided. At the first consultation Robert listened to all of our ideas and we were grateful for his professional experience and ideas. At the final consultation we knew Liane and Robert had completly understood what we wanted and we felt 100% confident that the flowers were in safe hands. On the day of the wedding, Liane and her colleague were a calming influence to a stressed bride and everything looked so perfect - exactly as we had pictured

Ashley Blooms did all the flowers for our wedding in June and they were absolutely brilliant. The service from day one was excellent, Robert was so friendly and helpful, and listened to all our ideas. His knowledge was brilliant and he was able to recommend flowers with exactly the right colours and different combinations to create the look we wanted. Ashley Blooms then created perfect displays filled with beautiful flowers which looked amazing. I would recommend Ashley blooms to anyone and I cant thank them enough for making our day so beautiful.
