Bad experience.
School clothes are very expensive.
For school clothes, you have to pay a minimum of 350 pounds.
Clothes are of poor quality.
I wouldn't advise anyone to deal with them.

Service is quite slow, and it takes about a weeks plus for them to send your delivery to the school. I don't know why that is though? It's not a perishable goods so you would think they would stock quite alot.

Took over a week to tell the items i ordered and PAID for are out of stock without an eta, disgusting customer service. they only function as parents dont have a choice but to shop there. AVOID if you can.
Yes that is correct you have given me an updated and an ETA after i called the next morning which means it couldve easily been added to the email you sent me with out me having to take my time to chase you as the customer. You saying its very difficult for you to give an ETA does not make sense when i was given one after i called. Perphas you could manage your site better and state on it when

I bought the full uniform for my son, everything was size 5-6 yo. But someone was afraid my son will grow up a lot this August so toss one, only one sweater in a bigger size. All this bought me a ticket for another visit, one hour car, to Wembley. Thank you very much.

I’ve been using Ace clothing since my son began school in 2015. They are the designated uniform supplier to his school.
Although the clothing is of a decent standard, I have never been able to get everything I needed. There’s always items out of stock.

Amazing staff, good quality products and delivered on time. The shop is clean, staff as taken all necessary measures for social distancing and hygiene, any clothes tried are disinfected and the staff is amazingly kind and patient with the children. The lady that attend to us even created a hot spot on her own mobile so I could book a cab when I ran out of data. Amazing service.

Absolutely fantastic service. Manager is a breath of fresh air. Very professional and looks after her customers. Got a brolly give to me and my daughter to borrow as we waited in queue outside. The staff are alway efficient and nothing is too much for them. School uniform shopping was painless for a change. Thank you all.

The organisation and staff are alot more accommodating and helpful since they have moved. i still only use it for compulsary bits of uniform as they are stlll more expensive than the high street and their jumpers are not 100% cotton but they are able to embroider emblums on your own items as ling as you have a drs letter ehich helps me out immensely.

Uniform shopping can be stressful but this organisation is amazing. The owner Julie has an incredible way of making you feel at ease. Organised and professional with personality and great customer service. It’s amazing how they keep up with the craziness yet make sure you have all you need for school all year round. Wish all shopping experiences were as good as this. The high street have a lot to learn form these guys. Thanks guys.
