We hired JS moves to move us out of London to the countryside. We chose them because they seemed a small family run company local to where we lived in London. Their quote was competitive and they were nice on the phone when I spoke to them.
When it came to the move I called them a couple of days before and said I would need some help with packing and they reassured me they would do anything to get the job done. They didn’t inform me how much extra this would cost. I asked how much it would be and they gave me the impression they wouldn’t charge extra. “We will get it done” is what he said
