We assure you that we will do our best to put you at ease and make your lessons most enjoyable. Many people would love to try pole but are so worry that it will be hard, embarrassing or they will fall off that they put off joining for years! When they actually get here they are surprised how quickly they can perform the moves and how friendly and supportive their class is.

Did you know that Pole 4 fitness can support weight loss, define your muscles, increase your flexibility and mobility, and improve posture and co-ordination as well as improve mood, self-esteem and body image? My name is Clare and I have a brilliant team of instructors who are excited to take you on a journey that may change your life!
Services
If you are sure if you want to attend a 4-week course we advise you to book a private group lesson with your friends or 121 lessons. This way you can see if the club is a fit for you and what you want to achieve. You can book a private lesson by calling 01482503020. Don't worry we have a catch-up practice class on a Friday at 6 pm and a Saturday at 10 am.
In order that you get the best grip on the pole, we ask that you wear shorts and a vest. Some women like to wear their shorts knee length and this is absolutely fine to start.

A tee-shirt is also fine when you first begin but the type of moves you can learn may be dictated by the clothing that you are wearing so for example when you start to invert or sit on the pole a vest and bare thighs offer the best possible grip, During the winter months, we recommend bringing clothing such as tracksuit for the warm-up and cool down.
You can learn to pole dance by joining a course or doing a private lesson which can be on a one to one basis or you can share the lesson with your friends. We recommend joining a course because it is the best way to make new friends, commit to a routine and is definitely more fun! You will soon discover the benefits of being in a class where you are training with people who really want to be there and on the same journey as you.
An instructor will be on hand to warm up the class, supervise and help with any moves you are practicing and cool down the class at the end. You can come to this class if you miss one of your lessons and the instructor will go through you any moves you missed. You won't be taught anything new in this class unless you are making up for a missed class.
Did you know that Stretching regularly will improve your posture, circulation and prevent injures? If you spend most of the day sitting down then your body will be ageing quicker than someone who is active all day because your muscles will be getting shorter and tighter making simple tasks like picking something up harder and making you more likely to injure yourself in the process.

Brilliant exercise, Brilliant Teachers and Brilliant friends made, I am so much stronger then I was before and I am improving more and more every week, never thought id be able to do some of the things I can do now.

I have been going to Pole 4 Fitness for about 18 months now and love it!, The staff are friendly and welcoming and the training received is very professional, I have also trained in the AOF AIR studio (learing moves on the Hoop and Silks) The gym area looks great and the Thai Kick boxing class was an experience! If your looking for a fantastic new way to get fit or just fancy doing something new this is the place to go!
