We exist to change the perception of using a recruitment agency. We want to make a difference to both clients and candidates and leave them thinking "I never knew recruitment could be so easy!" Andrea Richards and Darren Standbridge have collectively been part of the industrial recruitment business in the West Midlands for 35 years.

They value opinions from their clients and candidates and are always looking to improve both the service to their clients and their staff.
I have been using staff from Expedient Recruitment for several years to cover a variety of roles both in our warehouse operation and our reverse logistics, re-working department. I have found all Expedient staff friendly and easy to get on with, and they have taken the time to get a thorough understanding of the variety of roles that we require therefore enabling them to supply the candidate that is best suited for the role.

A very reliable and dedicated agency. Who have a wonderful group of people working for you. I have been with them for almost 18 months, I never once had an issue about anything, and even if i did they would always sort it out as quick as possible. I could easily contact them and get my messages across whenever. Highly recommend!!
