A hidden gem at the side of the A1, the food here is outstanding and all home cooked, I have stayed at the hotel next door this week for business and was not disappointed with the choice and portion size, I will certainly come here again next time I am around on business and would highly recommend to people to give it a try as you will not be disappointed.

The floor and tables were all sticky - we arrived at 10am on a Sunday for breakfast and despite them opening at 7am - the sugar bowl was dirty w butter and nothing seemed prepared for the day and the staff all spent time gossiping in the kitchen rather than serving. Didn't even give us menus and then took 15mins to give us the bill even thou there were only 3 tables of 2 people who were all eating. We asked to pay 3 times. Food is average and nothing like what other reviews said. So must have changed hands. I wouldn't bother - find somewhere else!
