Welcome to the official website of Stewart Pinned Products Ltd, which formerly traded as (the original) William R Stewart and Sons (Hacklemakers) Ltd, founded in 1874 to manufacture and repair hackles and staves for the Jute Hemp and Flax industry. Today we mainly manufacture and produce pinned products whose base material is made of a light weight aluminium alloy instead of the more traditional beechwood or brass.
Stewart Pinned Products Ltd is the recognised standard Original Equipment Manufacturer for the majority of the World's leading Tobacco Machinery Makers. We designed the integral construction, aluminium alloy Pinned Drum for the Tobacco Industry, and it has become the accepted industry standard.

STEWARTS Pinned Perforation Rollers are high precision parts, designed and manufactured in many different variations to meet our customer's requirements for both Hot Needle Perforation and Cold Needle Perforation. Perforation Hole diameter - 0.05mm to 5.00mm, dependent on the requirement, material and pinning density.
STEWARTS Pinned Products are widely used within the recycling industry and are custom designed and manufactured to meet our customer's machinery requirements. Pinned products are used within the Bottle and Can recycling process to perforate, flatten and compress plastic bottles and aluminium cans, allowing them to be easily compacted into bails, thus making the transport process simpler, more efficient and more cost effective.
At Stewart Pinned Products we design, manufacture and supply bespoke Hot and Cold Needle Perforation Rollers. STEWARTS Needle Perforation Rollers and Units are accurate, strong and durable and can be easily added to existing production lines. STEWARTS micro perforation rollers are manufactured in a range of materials to suit each customers requirements with densities up to a maximum of 600 Pins per square inch are available.
