Visited Impulse to buy flowers on Valentine's Day. The staff were so incredibly rude, I couldn't believe it. The customer service was abysmal, I couldn't believe the way the florist was speaking to me and the way she wrapped the flowers was so bad I didn't buy them. Instead I went a little bit further up Perth Road to the other florist, staff there are much more polite and the flowers are better quality.
