Feel the quality of the garment and the softness of the design before you make a custom print or embroidery order. In basic terms, Screen Printing is the process of pushing ink through a stencil or mesh (with the use of a squeegee) to create a printed image. At Flood we specialise in a 'water based' Screen Printing service.
Separate screens are required for each colour within your design. So the fewer colours in the artwork, the less it costs to print. In most cases when printing onto dark garments, an under-base layer is required to ensure the print is bright and vibrant. Screen Printing is our most popular and the best method for printing your unique design or logo onto garments and bags.

Services
Flood was born out of two brothers' passion for screen printing and love of T-shirts. With humble beginnings, brothers Tudor and Morgan started a printing business and rented a small unit back in 2013. Since then we have been continuously growing and improving our processes, passing the benefits on to our customers.
We offer a massive range of brands & styles, such as tees, sweatshirts, vests, totes, hats and accessories. Just provide your artwork or logo and leave the sourcing, printing and embroidery to us! If you don't see what you are looking for e-mail us. A unique screen is required for each colour in the design.
A unique screen is required for printing each colour in your design. When printing onto dark garments an underbase is needed (in most cases) to ensure the print is bright and vibrant. For complicated, high detailed designs artwork separation is a must. Still our most popular and the best method for printing your unique design onto garments and bags.
A relatively new method compared to traditional screen printing. The setup for DTG is next to nothing, therefore we're able to offer much lower minimums for multiple colour artwork. Unfortunately Pantone matching isn't possible and the colours aren't quite as vibrant as screen printed products. Great for complex designs from 10-100 pieces.
Embroidery creates your logos through stitching. Our skilled team manage the large automated embroidery stations to make sure every design looks just right. The machines can produce up to 8 identical images at once, so large orders are no problem for us. Embroidery is best suited to garments that are difficult to print, or when you want to add a little 'value' to your brand/work wear.
