5 stars for practitioners and 0 for reception staff so 3 stars. Been a patient at this dentist for over 30 years. New premises are so much better and dentist practitioners dedicated to care of oral health. Unfortunately customer care from some receptionists is very poor and not a patch on the reception staff at the old practice. I totally agree with other reviews. Reception staff are rude and argumentative. I also disagree with 2 late cancellations which removes patients from the practice. This seems very harsh as there are situations when it is difficult to give enough notice. There are many dental

I am a patient of Cadbury Dental and I have been for many years. This is the best practice I have been too & they always manage to fit me in when needed even during this pandemic. I think the staff are amazing from reception to management, to dentist & nurses. I would highly recommend this practice as it is by far the best.

I have been with Cadbury Dental for around 4 years. I have had a range of treatments from check up, scale and polish. teeth whitening, fillings and an implant. I always find them friendly and helpful. The dentist I use is knowledgeable and will explain things clearly. The standard of workmanship is excellent. The new location in the old Lloyds Bank on the Village Green is perfect. Totally recommended.
