AVOID! Purposely oversold amount of flooring required and would not accept refund for excess flooring. I took room measurements, was advised by them how much flooring I needed which was over double what I actually used. Took a pack back and was told no refunds and she walked away. Would never use again.

A fantastic service from start to finish. Denise and the team at Trinity could not have been more helpful or accommodating. From advising on type of carpet through to the professional fuss-free fitting, Trinity provided excellent customer service. Such a wide choice of carpets and floor coverings on offer and really fantastic that you could visit the showroom to feel and see the actual product. Huge variety of price-points- excellent value for money and a real sense of care about the customer experience. Really could not be happier - thanks to all the team!

We received excellent service throughout the process of achieving our new floor. The sales team helped with choosing the appropriate product and were helpful and knowledgeable. Darren and Ross came on the day which had been agreed and prepared the floor in readiness for the fitter. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. Ollie, the fitter, arrived on the day agreed and worked tirelessly throughout. He was friendly and did the job brilliantly. We were extremely pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending Trinity Flooring.

I just had to give Trinity Flooring 5 stars cause they were brilliant from start to finish. Vicky was so helpful when I was picking what vinyl I wanted in the shop. The price was very reasonable and when it came to the vinyl being laid the 2 men (sorry I didn't catch both your names )were so polite and professional and the job was done alot quicker than I thought it would take and finished to the highest standard. I would highly recommend Trinity Flooring.
