We specialise in assisting people who have had adverse credit registered and do not currently qualify for a mortgage with high street lenders. We use our 20 years' experience operating in the adverse credit mortgage market to identify the lowest rate mortgage for you and we have access to all of the lenders in this sector of the mortgage market.
Adverse credit mortgages are suitable for people who are unable to obtain a mortgage with traditional high street lenders. This may be because you have missed mortgage, loan or credit card repayments or have had defaults or CCJ's registered against you for example. This type of mortgage was widely available prior to the credit crunch in 2007.

Following the fact find, we will confirm the mortgage options available to you and provide you with details of the interest rate, monthly repayments and fees payable for the selected mortgage product.If you wish to proceed with the mortgage on the terms indicated, we will then make an application to the lender on your behalf to secure an approval for you.

For us to assess if you qualify for a mortgage, we will carry out a short fact find to record details of your income, deposit and credit history etc. Self employed applicants - proof of the latest year's accounts or latest HMRC SA302 certificate which will evidence your business nett profit, please note that some lenders will require two years income figures.
