Booked taxi over app it said he'd arrived it wasn't there .on the phone told he'd check call got cut off didnt call me back no curtesy.had to phone in again yo be told he'd picked the wrong fare up and will be back for me. No apology no concern.for standing there with 2 sticks .

First time I’ve used Skyline and most certainly the last! I normally use Bounds but their app said they didn’t have a taxi available until 8:45am. So I booked with Skyline at 8am they said it would be 5 to 10 minutes at 8:30am I was still waiting in the cold outside Jacksons Diesel, I phoned them at 8:30am the lady definitely found my booking on their system she put me on hold then cut me off. I called back at 8:40am the man that answered said he could not find my booking on their system but had a taxi available and would despatch him immediately urgently. The taxi finally arrived at 8:50am

Waste of time, I pre-booked taxi for next morning at 8:10 as I needed to go to train station. I understand sometimes you can be late but after half an hour person over the phone telling me they still trying to get me driver which I believe is having a laugh. I do not recommend to use them if you have to be somewhere on time, it’s just not going to happen. Disappointed.

Booked a taxi from Northampton premier inn to dodford manor for a wedding and quoted £10 and £14 for the return as it was after midnight (fair enough) waiting for the taxi to arrive as planned at 1pm and got a call from the office at 1.03 to confirm the price was £20. The taxi was late and they were calling to tell me the price had doubled?! Apparently as it was not from a town it was classed as village to village and if I wasn't happy she would cancel it? Bearing in mind I booked over 2 weeks ago and we were on our way to my brothers wedding and they were already late, I couldn't cancel. Absolutely

Struggled to find a taxi for the time I required but Skyline were able to accommodate me.
I booked over the telephone as I wanted to ensure everything was ok. I received the details and the drop off point was incorrect, called them back and it was altered.
Driver turned up a little early, but sooner that than late - prices are the going rate.

I pre-booked two taxis one to the vets and one back, the taxi there was on time and professional, the return taxi was 30 minutes late picking me up, he didn't apologize and tried to get me to put my puppy who was in a pet carrier in the boot. I have always used skyline since I moved to Northampton because I always had great service but after today I'll be using another taxi company
