Responded to call for late night pick up from train station quickly. Great service, very polite driver.

We pre-booked taxis to take our party to a wedding. When they failed to arrive the hotel reception kindly called them. Our booking had not been listed, despite it being confirmed by email!
Eventually cars were sent but no apology offered. To make it worse the driver asked me to check on my phone for the quickest route to the church!
Later I called to check whether the return pick up at midnight was on their records. The dispatcher gave me no confidence that it was listed and took down all of the details again.
The only positive note was that the taxis arrived at midnight and the drivers were

Used multiple times. Unreliable, called multiple times and taxi showed up an hour and a half late every single time. Also hung up on me multiple times and was very rude.

Avoid using this taxi “service” at all costs! I booked a taxi with them by mobile phone this afternoon, to be picked up at Knockholt Railway Station at 1720. Arrived at Knockholt Station at 1720, no sign of taxi. Called them to ask where it was, dispatcher firstly said an 8 seater was on its way (I was travelling solo, I didn’t book an 8 seater). They then said they had no booking at that time. I checked my mobile phone contacts, I definitely called them at 1422 to book the taxi. The dispatcher asked if I’d received a text message confirming the booking. I had received no text message.

A joke of a company - dispatcher was dismissive and all too happy to interupt us throughout the call(s). Taxi booked to meet us at the airport was nowhere to be seen even after a 20 minute wait in arrivals (and a slight delay on landing). No response to the several calls made to the many mobile numbers Sevenoaks Taxis tries to contact you through during the booking process. Gave up as we had other engagements, used the airport taxi service for a fare lower than that which was quoted by Sevenoaks. During the recent bad weather Sevenoaks taxis guaranteed they would get to us when every other company gave up. Friendly dispatcher, extremely polite and dedicated drivers. From now on Sevenoaks taxis are the only company we will use. Thank you. Well worth 5 stars.

Most expensive taxi i ve ever had. was charged 25 for a ride normally no more than 5 following issues with the train. the manager seemed to be only interested in raking in more cash than trying help a stranded customer in the middle of the night. wont ever use them again.
