A lovely 22 bed hotel tucked away in a tranquil area of Bingley. Lovely staff and large car park. Generous breakfast. A little old fashioned, but that is a positive.

Found online and called direct to book family room and then had to call back to change room as my mum can't manage stairs well and original room was top floor. When we arrived we were still allocated top floor room (which was massive, had four poster and was stunning!) but staff were more than happy to prepare other room as luckily it wasn't booked out or occupied. Price I was expecting was increased as was told I hadn't mentioned the 2 year old and the dogs despite knowing I had done so. Agreed to only increase price by £10 rather than £20. I did not send or receive a booking confirmation which

It snowballs from the first step. The receptionist took care of what i needed and was more than helpful. Bathrooms need upgrades but other than that it's gorgeous. Breakfast is also good. Nice and quiet too! Would definitely go back.

I went for a friends 60th. A beautiful building for sure but the food quality was extremely poor at best. Also drinks were enormously expensive ( £3.00 for a J20 ) and around £7 for a pint of tennants. All in all not the best catering experience but a pleasant location non the less.

Rooms in great need of updating. Wallpaper lifting badly in shower area. Mattresses worn out. Could actually feel springs. Pillows hard and lumpy. Tatty pillowcases. Paint peeling on internal frames. Toilet seat quite precarious. Stain on carpet. Old tv bracket holes not filled. Staff friendly and obliging. Downstair public areas/rooms very good. Felt overpriced for the quality of stay. Generally disappointed.

Venue excellent, staff excellent. Food was okay, but at 13.00 a head it was very expensive for a buffet at your table for a few.sandwiches, quiche, sausage rolls and a.plate of desserts. Beautiful venue though.

Stayed here for one night, so I can only review the hotel as we didn't eat.

Generally, I would say the hotel was ok, but nothing special (probably not worth £105 a night...)

The building is beautiful, genuinely, and the grounds are also extremely well kept, it's probably amazing in summer to hang out and have a few drinks. That said, the room was a little bit dated, and there wasn't a handy plug socket by the bed for my phone... First world problems I know but hey, it's a hotel!

I can't say much more than that, 3* because it's nothing special, particularly for
