To echo another review, I wish I could give less stars. Beyond unprofessional, rude (person I'm referring to is Sam) , unresponsive and have previously not paid me for a role I did with them some years back - I also know someone else who said they also weren't paid for work they did with this same disgusting company. Thieves and fraudulent tbh. If they respond to this, they will most likely make it seem like this isn't true but TRUST me it is.

I don't usually write reviews however this place deserves one and way more stars than Google offers. After moving over from New Zealand I found the job market very overwhelming and couldn't have been happier to register with Upgrade Recruitment! Very disrespectful company, I was called for an interview, but first, I had to come to their office in Putney to sign up with them (which is all they care about) and discuss my CV. I then had the interview with the actual company a few days later. I realised a week later i did not get the job as i saw it being reposted. Very shocking to not get a CALL, TEXT OR EVEN AN EMAIL from them. No regard for the money and time wasted to go to their office and to the actual company. WILL STANLEY is the recruitment consultant i was handled by. Stay away!

THE WORST AGENCY TO BE HIRE BY IN LONDON! if you get an interview invite from them, I urge you to pls ignore! Had the most horrible experience working with them through a terrible mislead job advertisement. Long and short recruitment consultant Will Stanley made tremendous promises concerning the role which all turned out to be lies! Do not respond to a call centre role for indicator FLMEMO the worst of jobs in central London, poorly managed and least maintained.

Upgrade were very professional and easy to deal with. My consultant, Rupert, had in the past has helped me to gain temporary work. In this instance he advised me of a perfect permanent job opportunity, helped me through the interview process with some tips, and has been on hand after to help with any queries.
