Beautiful boutique paint to order kitchen, with solid wood breakfast bar, composite worktops, and a smoked glazed splashback and matching feature doors. Andrew from nottingham, gloss cashmere kitchen with oak laminate worktop and splashback with full lighting package. They came up with the design and helped us tweak it on many occasions.

Initial sales interaction was Ok, everything went downhill once order was placed. Kitchen turned up with bits missing, had to constantly chase for missing bits. Had to drive to their showroom twice to pick missing bits as they couldn't be bothered to deliver once they got the money.
Rang their office for missing door handles, they told me they had them but somehow gave them to a different customer. Chased them again few days later and Mark told me in a very condescending manner that delays are attributed to Global Supply Chain Breakdown and that I shouldn't complain... Comical.

Terrible service. Don’t bother wasting your time here. Booked an appointment and was expecting to be shown samples/ideas instead the woman had a terrible ‘can’t be asked’ attitude/lack of interest. Only come here for a quote if you know exactly what you want but don’t expect any sort of service from them. Wouldn’t recommend them at all. Stay clear.
