We are a 'general' accountancy practice, which means that we act for clients who are sole traders, partnerships, Limited Companies, and other 'special entities'. Our clients operate in virtually every modern business sector, including professional practices and services, construction and manufacturing industries, retail, leisure and the licensed trade, and clubs and associations.
Taxation is a key compliance service that we provide to the highest standard. We have invested in the best commercially available software to produce tax computations, tax returns and tax calculations automatically, and to file all of your Tax Returns and associated documents electronically to HM Revenue & Customs.
We have considerable experience and expertise in advising new business start ups, from selecting the right vehicle for your new business venture (sole trader, partnership, or Limited Company), registering you with the tax authorities, through to providing you with the knowledge and advice to make sure that your new business starts off on the right foot.
We offer in-house bookkeeping/accounting and VAT for clients, and we have been using Sage One (the cloud-based, real-time alternative to the traditional single PC based Sage Accounts) since it was launched in 2015. When running Sage One Accounts, we are able to calculate and submit VAT returns online, provide departmental analysis income and/or expenditure and produce management accounts.
