Chartrange was established over thirty years ago in Manchester, with an aim to service the construction industry in bulk excavation and material disposal requirements. Building on our bulk earthworks heritage, we quickly expanded, and as a result, diversified into the field of remediation, civil engineering and demolition.
The business has diversified over the years from our bulk earthworks heritage, so we can deliver if required, a 'one stop shop' solution for clients. Each Division is managed by key personnel who are part of the senior management team. Our commitment to our clients is matched only by our expertise, professionalism, and ability to deliver.
Our scope of works included delivering a fully remediated site, providing the necessary factual verification reports of the works completed. Deep drainage, including a 7m deep connection into a live sewer and in-situ construction of a concrete retaining wall along an existing river bank.
This scheme of 17 spacious four-bedroom bespoke homes in the desirable suburb of Prestwich is being developed on parcel of land formerly belonging to Prestwich Golf Club.Chartrange has been awarded the remediation, roads and sewers and groundwork's packages. The proposed scheme compromises a development platform for the construction of 68 units planned for the 4.4 acre site.

This firm has recently been building houses around the school my child attends. They have caused nothing but rampage and disruption and they seemingly don’t care. They keep blindsiding the school which in turn effects our children.
I emailed months ago but got no response.
