Peppermill Recruitment is an independent hospitality recruiter, based in the Southwest. Created by Judd Barker to offer a recruitment service for hotels, restaurants, pubs and any hospitality business. We listen to your business needs and source the best candidates to join your team. Not just Chefs, we recruit for all departments and positions within hospitality.

Judd began his career as a 14 year old kitchen porter, washing dishes and sweeping floors. He soon began to get involved with food preparation and within 2 years was a Junior Chef de Partie. Progressing through the brigades he worked in, Judd was running a kitchen within a few years. He then started spending some time Front of House and by his mid 20's was General Manager of a busy Restaurant.
