An independent Consultancy of Chartered Building Surveyors and Architectural Designers, registered as Professional Members of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We have created a successful award winning Building Surveying and Architectural Design Practice, delivering projects in a friendly and professional manner with extensive skills and experience.
We are able to act for the landlord or tenant at the end of a lease. We will prepare a detailed Schedule of Dilapidations in line with RICS protocol which sets out the Tenant's obligation for repair and reinstatement of the demised premises.
The Schedule may then be used as a working document for each side's appointed surveyor to arrive at an agreement of the tenant's obligations under the lease and to negotiate a fair and reasonable assessment of the Landlord's claim.The Schedule of Condition is a detailed statement of the construction and condition of a property at the start of a lease for record purposes which can be used as a legally recognised document attached to a lease.

WSW have a wealth of experience working with Schools and have acquired over thirty years of knowledge in the Education Sector. We work closely with the Schools to understand their requirements and to develop a strategic working project brief and master plan. We have worked with numerous Academy Schools and have been instrumental in assisting them with successful bids to the EFA in applying for Funding for projects up to 1.5M.
