I was very disappointed with the way Hall Reynolds handled my inquiry, as if they just couldn't be bothered. I made an appointment to ask for advice on a difficult/sensitive overseas parent bereavement issue, and they left me a voicemail short time later to 'fob me off' and cancelled my appointment without actually speaking to me, as they clearly weren't interested...they claimed I needed to see a Public Notary, but they hadn't even looked at what I needed help with. I'll never go back again for any type of service they provide nor will I refer to others.

Used Hall Reynolds about 2 years ago for will writing. Very efficient and helpful so used recently for house sale. Adequate service but sold in a busy time (stamp duty reduction ending) so leeway given. Took 24hours to receive funds - no interest paid for them keeping funds kept overnight - substantial sum of money.
