After visiting the shop to select two blinds (we had already selected carpet) the female assistant was not that helpful or au fait with the products. However selected the colours and was given a fitting date.
Telephoned the shop at approx12.30 pm the day before fitting to be told that they were working on the schedule for the following day and we would be contacted. STILL WAITING!! Fitter turned up at 9.45am on the day and was excellent in his fitting and customer contact. The quality of the blinds is excellent......pity that the shop experience did not match!!

Very good customer service, quality work and materials.
I have two floors by Croft... laminate planks around a central carpet in my living room some time ago and a stone effect vinyl in my kitchen very recently. Both jobs are excellent. The living room floor is over five years old and still perfect, so that's testament to the quality. Next on the list is my entrance hall, for which I'll definitely be calling on Croft again.

Our experience of Croft’s carpets was mixed. Use Croft’s by all means but be aware that:
• You need to ensure you know exactly what flooring type you have down.
• Be aware of the depth of the existing flooring compared to the one you choose.
• Consider if there are implications in the depth differential i.e. for kitchens gap under skirting boards and units, different depth levels by door entrances which cause a trip hazard etc.,
Simon will not flag any issues up clearly and precisely as we found to our cost. Therefore, we disagree with his website statement “….. where the emphasis
