Have nearly used my predicted mileage that they set from last year’s usage , but I case they forgot we were in lock down in Scotland for over 4 months and could not go anywhere 😡 I think this is very unfair and should be seriously looked at , also customer service is a nightmare to get through to ….. stay well clear , looks like I will be walking everywhere until the end of July which is when I can cancel hopefully without incurring a penalty.
