Services
It's hard to prepare for the shock that is felt when a loved one passes, and equally difficult to take the first steps that must follow. Rest assured that, when the time comes, our staff are on hand to answer your call and offer support, guidance and counsel as soon as it's needed.

We will attend to transport the deceased from home or hospital, respond to any questions you might have and start making preliminary arrangements for the funeral service.We wholeheartedly recommend that you contact us as soon as possible after the point of death.
We are a member of the National Association of Funeral Directors and subscribe to their current Code of Practice, a copy of which is available upon request. We aim to act in a professional manner and provide a courteous, sensitive and dignified service to you. Our estimate is an indication of the charges likely to be incurred on the basis of the information and details we know at the date of estimate.
All funeral directors are legally required to publish this Price List for a standardised set of products and services. This is to help you think through your options and make choices and to let you compare prices between different funeral directors (because prices can vary). This is a funeral where family and friends have a ceremony, event or service for the deceased person at the same time as they attend their burial or cremation.
A designated Funeral Director / Arranger to personally oversee the funeral arrangements and to provide support. Attending to all necessary arrangements during normal office hours with access to 24 hour professional advice. Provision of a suitable vehicle for transfer to Crematorium at a time and date of our choosing.
To include our fees for arranging and conducting the funeral, liaising with and making payments to external parties on families behalf, preparation, collection and distribution of all documentation. Full use of premises and branch facilities in accordance with the families instructions, including viewing of the deceased by appointment with the Funeral Director.
