Ordered a mural 7ft x 7.5ft approx. They sent it in 2 sections damaged (packed when still wet). Returned and waited another 2 weeks for a replacement. When this one arrived it was not cut straight so. They insisted it would that they would not cut it wrong. Customer Services (Rachael Kay)are woeful. Promise they will phone you back but never do Would not recommend this Co. to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would

I’ve just had yet another van logoed up by this company and I can’t say enough, Andy snd Rach at Kaydor have always gone above and beyond to ensure I’m happy with what I require and what they are supplying. A very professional company that always go above and beyond to ensure I myself and there customers are happy. Truly shocking customer service - infact there is none. They truly don't care.
Ordered four cut outs (via facebook marketplace) for an event. They arrived late so are completely useless.
I ordered and paid for them on May 3rd and was quoted 7-10 days for printing and delivery. They arrived on May 26th - one whole day too late.
I had phoned to request an update - no call back from them.
I asked about the delivery status and was sent a photo of a long number on a computer screen - no idea of the courier or how to follow up.
Since the late delivery, no-one has replied to messages or emails.

I got my garden panel on Thursday and I am absolutely blown away. It is 100 times better than I expected and I can't wait to put it in place. I can't recommend the company highly enough. My original order was printed in the wrong orientation with the logo on it vertically, as opposed to horizontal as advertised and requested. I went back to KAYDOR, and Rachel put things right with me only being charged the postage to resend a revised copy. And I kept the original one and used elsewhere. So, all was sorted in the end. Would use again. Thanks

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you have a small business like we do dont waste your money on inferior products and terrible customer service.
we ordered a sign which was advertised as outdoor all weather ,the 1st one came all bent and chipped ,had to get in touch while waiting for the 2nd sign we put the 1st sign up within 1 hour it had swung that much on the bracket they provided and had bolted the sign to, it snapped and 1 side fell down .
we got the 2nd sign put it up within 10 mins it had started to buckle ,rip and tear along bolts so we took it down ,explained and had to wait and email 4 or 5

"Kaydor Signs - A Service You Can Trust". In my experience, definitely not!
I bought an acrylic sign with solar light, which looked nice, apart from the fact that the solar light was disappointingly dim. After a few weeks, the light failed altogether, and I arranged for it to be replaced. I've yet to receive a replacement (almost 3 weeks after returning the light). After numerous emails and phone calls, I still haven't had any response from them. Definitely not a company centred on service, trust or quality. I'm very disappointed, and I will not recommend using them.
