From This Moment was established by sisters Claire and Hayley in 2006. Inspiration for the name came from Hayley's first wedding dance - From This Moment On by Shania Twain. Supported by a team of three, our Bridal Shop brings a refreshingly friendly and relaxed atmosphere to the world of wedding dress shopping.

Absolutely loved meeting the ladies and had such a great time trying on the dresses. during covid times it was easy to select dresses via the website and they had lots of dresses to choose from. They were put to the side for the appointment and I found the one. I said 'yes' to the dress within the day. Hayley and the ladies were so lovely and made us feel like old friends. They were attentive and made the whole process from start to finish relaxing and fun.

From the moment I emailed regarding booking an appointment, Claire was so welcoming and quick to reply. So so helpful and efficient.
Dress shopping is not my thing and Claire immediately put me at ease. She had already picked out a dress she thought I might like but I would never have ever chosen myself. Well... Claire was absolutely spot on and the moment I put it on I knew it was the one!!
Claire provided a fantastic experience from start to finish. We were given time to look through all the range without being rushed. They have a great range of styles and

Rocked up here on the off chance they would have space and had bought a wedding dress within an hour! The selection of dresses are stunning and there was a lot of choice to suit my budget. The whole experience (although short) was fantastic, the girls make you feel like old friends, the changing rooms are warm and massively spacious and the atmosphere of the shop is just lovely. I would totally recommend FTM. Fantastic wedding dress shopping experience.

Walking into From this Moment Bridal was a breath of fresh air. Having previously gone to lots of different bridal shops before stepping into From this Moment, I had really lost a bit of hope in finding the perfect dress. Everywhere else I had left feeling pretty overwhelmed and deflated. Hayley was so helpful and patient and really gave me the space and time to make such a big decision. There was no hard sell and no pushiness. Cannot recommend Hayley and Claire enough!

Poor service. Rang, left messages finally emailed chasing and got a 1 liner back which was replied to immediately explaining everything we needed, 11 days and counting still no reply. 1 message to a place in Caterham, received a call within 30 seconds and had a fitting booked by the end of the call which is the level of service you'd expect especially considering the lack of business over the last year. Ironically this will probably get a response within hours. too little too late I'm afraid.

I went for my first dress fitting last weekend and the team at From This Moment were amazing! I was a bit nervous initially but they were so lovely and explained how everything works. I was happy that I could look through all the dresses with no pressure and went it came to trying on, I had so much fun. The selection of dresses is great and there's a lot of different styles to choose from. X

I can't fault this place. Diana is amazing. Never been to a place that offer this great service. So friendly, loving and helpful. Made me feel relaxed from the moment I set my foot in this Bridal shop. I went 3 or 4 times before finally buying my dream dress and felt as welcome every time. Bridal shops around the area has a lot to learn! Can't wait for the dress to Arrive!
