I ordered a key ring on the 14th December didn’t arrive! I’ve called 3 times left two messages and emailed nothing! Really disappointed and no refund Order number 100094497 if you ever read you reviews!!! And if you care about customer care!! Gutted it was a very special present! You didn’t even both to return any correspondence!! Do not use!!!

Absolutely great service. The garments are of good quality and the prints are perfect. This is my 3rd order from Your design and on the website it states that if you email them for urgent orders they’ll work with you. What can I say?! I didn’t even wait the 48hours for dispatch. I received my order within 24 hours of placing it. Your design will always be my go to. They’re UK based too which makes it even better. Thank you so much. You guys make life easier!!!!

It's my daughter's 12th birthday soon and she absolutely loves The Vampire Diaries, I had been looking to get her a hoody and a t-shirt for her, but they were all the same. As I was looking I found some cool pics that I knew she would love.. I then looked for a print your own site and came across this one. I am so glad I did, it was very easy to… follow and the items are a great price. Very quick service too.. ordered, printed & delivered in less than a week. My order arrived today and I am not disappointed.. the t-shirt, hoody and the mug, as an added extra for her are absolutely fantastic

The company informed me that they would not deliver my completed and paid for order unless I changed the following review. "Terrible service. No communication. A full week goes by without processing a '48 hour' order. Absolute joke. Avoid at all costs."
I wrote this after having to chase my third consecutive order that was a week late after promising a 48H service with no communication from the company,
I would have no problem changing a review if the company rectifies the issue but refusing to honour a paid for order unless I changed my opinion is disgusting.
I do not know whether it is illegal

Absolutely excellent service - I had a last minute idea to commemorate a personal day to our family - communication was super quick and all my orders will delivered exactly when they said in time for our event and all my family were very happy with the design and quality of the garments - can't praise them enough

Bit of a delay with posting but it's understandable in a global pandemic. When notified they worked hard to get the product to me the next day. I received it and I am very pleased with he quality for the price. I know I uploaded some riskily low quality images but they've turned out great!

I used these guys for the first time last week. I was leaving my job and want to get some custom coffee mug made for my team - They did a great job very happy.
Their online design software was simple and intuitive, letting you simply drop the images you want to the front and back of the mugs, all very easy. I was so please with the result the quality of the images on the mug was great, crisp, I couldn't have hopped for better and it looked like it would easily withstand the dishwasher.
Finally they were deliver each individually wrapped in the super secure polystyrene shells - no chance they
