I had the pleasure of being introduced to Jeff Dunn of Spencer Hayes Group. Jeff undertook a thorough and detailed assessment of matters. The task was deemed complicated and others had failed to produced. This was not the case with Jeff. He understood the task and made what was deemed complicated, not to be so! He was proactive in that he and had a meeting directly with the appropriate person/ mandate holder, something which others failed to do. He produced results! and positive ones! He is professional and communicative. I hope to work with him long term. I would without any hesitation recommend

We have what I consider to be relatively complex commercial insurance needs and I have just renewed our insurance arranged by Jeff Dunn at Spencer Hayes, quite simply I cannot recommend highly enough the quality of service provided by Jeff and his colleague Marc.
When I have questions, they are answered quickly and thoroughly and if there is anything that I am concerned about, then my concerns are taken seriously and addressed comprehensively.

Spencer Hayes were amazing to deal with. Jeff didn't hound us and was there at the end of the phone when we needed him. They were so patient with us as we are a new start up and we weren't sure what we needed or why we needed it but we were talked through what was necessary and where we could save money but get the best out of his insurance contacts. Overall an amazing service and we will be staying with Spencer Hayes for our insurance needs.
